    We default to transparency. Leadership meetings for all team members to view. Board meeting decks and investor updates are shared with the entire company. We document everything and don’t rely on oral tradition to retain important knowledge. We offer comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits, covering up to 85% of the premium for US team members and 75% for dependents. We support RevenueCats’ financial futures with a 401k program that matches 100% of the first 3% of your salary and 50% of an additional 2% of your salary.

    We believe team members should be able to live where they want to while also having a great career. We have team members from Taiwan, to San Diego, Florida, to Spain. Team members can work at times where they can do their best work and we rely on asynchronous communication to get things done. All team members have a $2000 budget to set up their workspace.
