    GitLab's paid Parental Leave is for any active team member (regardless of gender) who becomes a parent through child birth or adoption while working at GitLab.
    If you've been at GitLab for six months and completed a probationary period (if applicable), you can take up to 16 weeks of paid Parental Leave during the first year of parenthood. This includes anyone who becomes a parent through childbirth or adoption while working for GitLab.
